To review batch verification results, you will need to navigate from the Requests menu tab to the "Batch Requests" section. If you don't see Batch Requests section that means you don't have the necessary permissions and you should contact your administrator.
Batch Request page should display all the batch's that have been uploaded:
Note: remember to keep the batch file name the same if you are updating a previous batch upload.
If you just manually uploaded a batch it will have status of "Processing". Please wait until status has been changed to "Completed" to review the results. If you uploaded a file with a set schedule then latest verification results will only be visible on your scheduled date of verification.
After verification has been completed, you can click on the "Latest verification results" under Medicaid and Medicare columns to review all of the latest verification results.
From that screen you should see all of the verification results and can click on Patient's name to pull up the details.
You can also use the filter to display just the errors and export results to a Excel file.
You can click on the patient's name or mouse over the exclamation mark to review the error message:
Frequent errors are displayed due to Medicaid or Medicare number not being provided for that specific patient.
